The location was excellent, with plenty of local restaurants, temples, and a convenience store nearby. The hostel also offered tour bookings for activities like elephant tours and cooking classes, making it convenient for exploring the city. The free breakfast provided was consistently great and a luxury while backpacking.

One of the main downsides was that the hostel lacked a sociable atmosphere. The common room was essentially the reception area, which didn't offer much to do.

The beds were comfortable and provided privacy with curtains.

Worst aspect was the lack of curtains on the beds, compromising privacy. the shower facilities were inconveniently located on a different floor.

I recently stayed at Green Sleep in Chiang Mai for a week. The staff were amazing, helping us book trips and organizing pick ups/drop offs. The 6 bed female dorm was clean, spacious, and had ample storage. The shared bathrooms were also well maintained. The location was ideal, within walking distance of main temples and the Sunday night market. The breakfast was delicious with warm croissants, artisan bread, and fresh fruit. Additionally, the free bike rental was a great perk. Highly recommend staying here!

Everything was great here! The location was right in the center and with the free bikes, you could easily explore the whole city. The hostel was located on a bit of a dark street, so it wasn't the best for walking alone at night. However, it was only a 2-minute walk to the main walking street, so it was still manageable.
